Upon completion of the agreement contract please sign and forward via email to (moc@duohomeinspection.com) or hand carry to your Realtor for processing. If you can not meet us in person  please authorize your Realtor to execute on your behalf the contract within the email . "Also we would appreciate your response to the Customer Survey attached below so we can track our Customer Service"."
